The accommodations were clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels and beddings provided. We also appreciated the nice shampoo and soap that were provided in the bathroom. the location of the hotel was great, as it was conveniently close to the port and surrounded by plenty of shops.
The lack of communication from the hotel agents. They were unresponsive to our phone calls and email queries, which made it difficult to get the information we needed.

our recent stay in Calais was wonderful, but Le Jean De Fiennes exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was recently renovated and very clean. We loved the provided amenities like shampoo, soap, and towels. The wifi connection was also great. Plus, being close to the port was a big advantage.
